Spacious room with comfy beds. The room is equipped with air purifier. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We requested for a slice of cake for my daughter’s birthday and they came as a group to sing birthday song to her. Lovely! It is also very near to Batu Secret Zoo. We can see part of the Drive Through Zoo from the hotel premises, which was a really nice surprise! I will definitely return here if I go to Batu again.

The views around the hotel are stunning especially early in the morning when the mist is rising up over the mountains. The swimming pool area with its big slide is fun for families - the water takes a bit of getting used to though! There are at least three restaurants and the two which we dined in offered very nice food at a reasonable price. The beds are very comfortable and I felt well rested each night.

Service was excellent . View from the room & Skydome Restaurant was really good. Room was clean, bed was comfi. Aircon was cold. Netty, the Duty Manager was very nice & very helpfull. Pa Ponco, the breakfast Chef really surprised me, he made me a special dessert & a hotplate lobster omelette for breakfast which were very yummy. A special thanks for pa Ponco. :-) Jessica at Skydome restaurant was really nice, she was so sweet, quick, gave good recommendation what to choose. A big swimming pool with wide slide for the kids. Ooo... this place is very close to Jatim Park, the Zoo & Museum angkut.

Great location if you are going around Batu.. quite far from Malang though.. nice hotel, good facilities.. helpful staff. Would like to shout out Mbak Nova in the restaurant during breakfast, very helpful and great service. Room was a good size, good amenities and comfy bed. Amazing view from room.

The breakfast is very good with varieties of menu. The towels look dirty as they are not white anymore and show some stains on it.

This place blew me away. The hotel was designed neatly and with taste in mind. The room (i got the Deluxe room), was absolutely HUGE for the price i paid (it was 37 sq. meters and I paid 1.005.001). Breakfast has massive choices, something that is welcomed since we're so far from the large cities that I was surprised the hotel was able to collect multiple items at one place. Lastly, STAFF WAS AMAZING. Friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks GT, I will definitely come back!

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. All staff are very friendly, room was excellent (clean, spacious, comfortable bed, smart TV). Swimming pool and gym are really good. Many options for breakfast.

The room where I stayed was clean. No dust, fresh bed cover and blanket.The pool was quite big and long with a whirlpool with warm water which is best for kiddos. All the Staff very helpful

The hotel located in a tranquil housing/villa compound, with a nice view. The room was pretty spacious. The check in process was smooth, no waiting time, all 3 rooms were ready immediately. The 2 resto has a very beautiful view; and the bfast choices were quite massive and taste good. The garden in between the 2 hotel buildings was very nice too. They also have a nice pool for kids (though it was too cold to swim in Batu), and they have a small play room for kids, plus a pool table for adults. There are bikes that are free to use by the guests.
